LJV prides itself on working across the different Boston neighborhoods. We are currently working on renovating an empty space in Brookline near Boston University’s campus. The space on Commonwealth Avenue is being transformed into a rock-climbing space for Rock Spot Climbing, and it will be open to community members once construction is completed. 

The renovation process includes a wide range of work in order to completely remodel the space. This work includes general cleanup, sandblasting, paint removal and replacement, general electrical work, fire protection/compliance, interior finishing, flooring, and more.
