LJV is proud to partner with the Chinese Economic Development Council (CEDC) to provide affordable housing to families in Chinatown. The project involves the complete renovation of a 4-story brick building to create eight new affordable housing units.

This extensive project requires a full rehab of the building interior, including upgrades to the exterior and new utility lines, such as electric, HVAC, and water. As a design-build project, it involves demolition, renovations, plumbing, mechanical engineering, fire protocols, masonry, roofing, project management, quality control, site maintenance, permitting, scheduling, windows, flooring, tiling, and painting. Our team at LJV is uniquely qualified to handle this comprehensive range of services, with a track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
